FluidPDF™ VPrint FAQ
Q: Why are some elements of a web page not appearing in my PDF?
A: Elements using Flash, Silverlight, CSS, JavaScript, or other non-html technologies are not yet supported with VPrint.

Q: Why are some images showing up as an "X" in my PDF?
A: Images are downloaded during the generation of the PDF.  If the image cannot be found or takes too long to download, a "broken" or "X" image is substituted.

Q: Why does my RTF file fail to convert?
A: Make sure that the RTF file is saved by Word Mobile.  If it was generated by another application, open the RTF file on your mobile device with Word Mobile, and re-save it.
